01 Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging with Agnihotra Fresh Farm India Private Limited for any business purpose, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, authorised to enter into a business agreement, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

02 Our Services

Agnihotra Fresh Farm India Private Limited provides B2B supply and export services for premium Indian spices including Black Pepper, Green & Black Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Fennel, Fenugreek, Mustard, Bay Leaf, Nutmeg, Mace, Star Anise, and Carom Seeds.

• We operate exclusively as a B2B supplier. We do not retail to individual consumers.
• Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
• Images on this website are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the final product.

03 Orders & Quotations

• All enquiries submitted through the website are treated as non-binding requests for quotation.
• A confirmed order is only binding once both parties have signed or acknowledged a formal Purchase Order (PO) and pro-forma invoice.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and will be specified at the time of quotation.
• Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated in writing, subject to commodity market fluctuations.

04 Payment Terms

• Standard payment terms: 50% advance with order confirmation; balance 50% before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: Wire Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), and other methods as mutually agreed.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Bank charges are to be borne by the buyer.
• Late payments may result in order cancellation or delay without liability on our part.

05 Quality & Specifications

• All products are inspected for purity, moisture content, and grade before dispatch, in accordance with FSSAI and applicable export standards.
• Product specifications (moisture %, volatile oil %, curcumin %, etc.) will be provided in the quality certificate issued with each shipment.
• Minor natural variations in colour, aroma, and size are inherent to agricultural produce and do not constitute a defect.
• Any quality claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with supporting lab reports and photographic evidence.
• We are not liable for quality deterioration caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

06 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Agnihotra Fresh Farm India Private Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

07 Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied in that specific shipment.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
• We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

08 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods, drought, government restrictions, port strikes, war, epidemic, or supply chain disruptions.

The affected party must notify the other in writing within 5 business days of the force majeure event.

09 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations before pursuing legal remedies.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
